1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Find an Architect platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform strictly operates within the jurisdiction of Sri Lanka.

2. Professional Title Protection

Users must strictly adhere to the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA) Act No. 1 of 1976 and the Architects Registration Board (ARB) Act No. 35 of 1996.

Misrepresentation: Any user found falsely claiming the title of “Chartered Architect” or “Architect” without active ARB registration will have their account immediately suspended and may face reporting to relevant statutory bodies.

3. Client-Professional Relationship

Find an Architect acts as a digital marketplace and directory. We are not a party to the contracts, agreements, or disputes that arise between clients and professionals. The platform assumes no liability for the quality, safety, or legality of the architectural or construction services provided.

4. Platform Fees

Basic directory listing is free. Premium exposure, job postings, and certain escrow-backed service packages may incur a platform service fee, which will be explicitly disclosed at checkout.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
