- Clients: Name, email address, project briefs, and budget estimates.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is primarily used to connect clients with verified architectural and construction professionals. Specifically, we use it to:
- Verify professional credentials against the Architects Registration Board (ARB) database.
- Enable direct messaging and proposal generation.
- Improve our matching algorithms and platform functionality.
3. Data Security & KYC
NIC and statutory registration documents uploaded during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process are encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
